AR Technology Transfer Assistance Grant

The HBCU Founders Accelerator is a customized 16-week intensive program, primarily conducted virtually. It commences with goal-setting discussions, the development of a work plan, and the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress. Throughout the program, each portfolio company is provided with dedicated executive-level support from paid advisors. With a cohort size of 8-10 startups, our accelerator seeks to create a collaborative environment to foster entrepreneurial success. We make an initial investment of $120,000 in each selected startup to help support their growth.

The City of Framingham is accepting applications for its Microenterprise Assistance Program. The Microenterprise Assistance Program will provide ten one-time grants of $7,200 to eligible businesses. All start-up businesses and existing businesses must be physically located in Framingham and will be required to submit a business plan when applying for a Microenterprise grant. Funds can be used for payroll expenses, leases, business mortgages, or purchasing new equipment to expand business offerings.

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is issued by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM), and solicits Research Project (R01) grant applications from institutions or organizations that propose to develop or support the development of designated new animal drugs intended for minor uses in major species or for use in minor species (MUMS). The FDA is authorized to provide grants to assist in defraying the costs of qualified safety and effectiveness testing that could be used to satisfy the requirements for FDA approval of MUMS-designated drugs. Only entities developing drugs for veterinary use or parties working as research partners with such entities are eligible for grants. The organization (or applicant) seeking approval of the new animal drug under investigation must have opened an Investigational New Animal Drug (INAD) file with FDA/CVM and must hold a minor use or minor species "designation" granted by FDA/CVM's Office of Minor Use and Minor Species Animal Drug Development (OMUMS) for that drug for a specified intended use, in accordance with the provisions of section 573 of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360ccc-2) and 21 CFR part 516.

The Kerrville Area Rebuilding & Recovery Fund provides Kerrville, Texas small businesses affected by the July 2026 floods with grants of up to $25,000 to support emergency assistance, rebuilding, and long-term recovery efforts. Grant amounts are determined based on demonstrated need and the severity of impact experienced by the business. Administered by the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliated with the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce, the fund was launched in response to the catastrophic flooding that impacted Kerr County and the broader Hill Country region. To qualify, applicants must operate a business located in the Kerrville area and demonstrate direct impact from the Flood of 2026, defined as physical damage to facilities, equipment, or inventory, or structural damage requiring repairs or reconstruction. The fund is not intended for indirectly impacted businesses (such as those that lost revenue without sustaining physical damage to their business). Eligible uses of grant funds include structural repairs or reconstruction, replacement of business-critical equipment or inventory, infrastructure improvements or utility upgrades, and other long-term recovery expenses. Applications for the fund must be submitted in person at the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce office at 1700 Sidney Baker St., Suite 100, Kerrville, TX 78028; online applications are not accepted. Applicants must include all supporting documentation as listed on the paper application.

Purpose: The Recycling Market Development Zone (RMDZ) program combines recycling with economic development to fuel new businesses, expand existing ones, create jobs, and divert waste from landfills. Description: The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) administers a Recycling Market Development Zone Loan Program to encourage California-based recycling businesses located within California financing businesses that prevent, reduce, or recycle recovered waste materials through value-added processing or manufacturing.
