About the Grant
The Commercial Façade Building Materials Grant Program provides funding to enhance and revitalize the aesthetics of Green Bay’s commercial districts. It aims to address deteriorating property conditions and encourage enhancements by providing a financial incentive for businesses to invest in their property.
The Program is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) provided by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It is managed and administered by the City of Green Bay’s Community & Economic Development Department.

The incentive provides a cash payment over five years to companies that create and maintain new permanent jobs in Colorado. Your business may not start or announce the proposed project in Colorado until your business submits a final application to Global Business Development and the Colorado Economic Development Commission approves the application.

This micro-grant program from Start.Pivot.Grow is open to businesses that have been in operation for at least two years, employ one-two people and generate annual revenue of at least $50,000. Grants of $2,500 are offered each quarter and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
