The Changing the Game Grant awards five $20,000 grants to U.S.-based for-profit food and beverage businesses creating community-centered spaces where women's sports are the main event. Sponsored by Stanley 1913, the global lifestyle brand known for premium food and beverage innovation, and run in partnership with TOGETHXR (a women's sports media company co-founded by Alex Morgan, Chloe Kim, Simone Manuel, Sue Bird, and Jessica Robertson) with end-to-end program administration by Honeycomb Credit, the program supports founders reimagining the traditional sports bar as an elevated, community-driven "third space" that pairs premium food and beverage with a dedicated spotlight on women's sports. The grant is intentionally flexible in format: qualifying businesses can include sports bars, restaurants, cafés, event venues, or community gathering spaces, and both currently operating businesses and founders in the planning stages are eligible. To qualify, applicants must own or be an authorized representative of a for-profit business registered and in good standing in the United States, be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska), be a legal U.S. resident, operate or plan to operate a food and beverage space that centers women's sports as the main event (not a secondary broadcast or afterthought), and be located in any of the 50 U.S. states or Washington, D.C. Grant funds may be used for buildout, equipment, programming, community-building, food and beverage expenditures, marketing, and operational costs, consistent with the plan described in the applicant's proposal. Applicants are limited to one submission per business. The selection process begins with an eligibility and mission-alignment screening, after which qualified applications advance to a finalist round where a selection committee evaluates each business on narrative strength, community impact, innovation, and program alignment. Final recipients are selected by Stanley 1913 and announced at an in-person celebration in New York City alongside Stanley 1913 executives, TOGETHXR representatives, athletes, and media. In addition to the grant funding, winners receive amplified visibility through Stanley 1913 and TOGETHXR's earned media, social channels, and brand campaigns.

The Greenville Small Business Assistance Grant Program provides Greenville, North Carolina small businesses with grants of up to $50,000 to fund qualifying business expenses. Administered by the City of Greenville's Community and Development Services Department through its Business Development division, the program is geographically targeted to support small businesses operating in the city's qualified census tracts. To be eligible, businesses must be located within Greenville city limits and within a qualified census tract, be independently owned and operated with fewer than six locations, generate gross annual sales of no more than $5,000,000, and have no more than 100 employees. Applicants are typically required to attend a workshop or information session as part of the application process.

The BBB Breakthrough Accelerator provides emerging small business owners with a 12-week accelerator program valued at over $5,000, culminating in a microgrant (typically $1,000 to $1,500) awarded to every graduate at the end of the program. Administered by the BBB Foundation for Education and Entrepreneurial Leadership (FEEL), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, the accelerator is delivered in person at BBB campuses across the country, including Cromwell (CT), Fresno (CA), Phoenix and Prescott (AZ), Richmond (VA), and San Diego (CA). The program equips small business owners with the strategies, mentorship, and tools needed to grow with intention, resilience, and integrity, with particular focus on those building without consistent access to traditional resources or support systems. Participants pay a $99 program and materials fee to attend, and the curriculum covers core business topics including branding and digital presence, financial and legal foundations, sales, marketing, AI strategies, operations and leadership, and entrepreneurial resilience. To qualify, applicants must be actively running a registered, revenue-generating business with at least six months of operation, be early in their growth journey, and be ready to strengthen operations and scale with intention. In addition to the microgrant and educational programming, graduates receive one-on-one mentorship and strategy calls, on-site childcare during sessions, complimentary professional headshots, business tools to strengthen their online presence, curated networking with industry leaders and peers, and (at the San Diego location only) six months of coworking, podcast studio, and meeting room access.

The Massachusetts Transition and Growth Program (MassTAG) is a recruitment tool targeting life sciences companies considering their first presence in Massachusetts. This highly competitive program is designed to attract out-of-state, international, and newly formed companies that meet MLSC’s strategic objectives to become part of the Massachusetts life sciences ecosystem. Successful applicants will receive grant awards based on net new jobs created within the company’s first 12 months of Massachusetts operations, to be paid out retroactively in three annual installments.

Provides funds to businesses through the four Ben Franklin Technology Partners for access to capital, business expertise, technology commercialization services to advance the development of new technologies and for the generation, conservation, and transportation of alternative and clean energy.
