PA SITES Construction Grant

The LGBTQIA+ National Grant provides eligible small businesses the chance to receive one of 25 grant packages totaling $25,000. Founders First is committed to increasing the number of diverse founder-led businesses generating over $1 million dollars in revenues.

The Kerrville Area Rebuilding & Recovery Fund provides Kerrville, Texas small businesses affected by the July 2026 floods with grants of up to $25,000 to support emergency assistance, rebuilding, and long-term recovery efforts. Grant amounts are determined based on demonstrated need and the severity of impact experienced by the business. Administered by the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliated with the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce, the fund was launched in response to the catastrophic flooding that impacted Kerr County and the broader Hill Country region. To qualify, applicants must operate a business located in the Kerrville area and demonstrate direct impact from the Flood of 2026, defined as physical damage to facilities, equipment, or inventory, or structural damage requiring repairs or reconstruction. The fund is not intended for indirectly impacted businesses (such as those that lost revenue without sustaining physical damage to their business). Eligible uses of grant funds include structural repairs or reconstruction, replacement of business-critical equipment or inventory, infrastructure improvements or utility upgrades, and other long-term recovery expenses. Applications for the fund must be submitted in person at the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce office at 1700 Sidney Baker St., Suite 100, Kerrville, TX 78028; online applications are not accepted. Applicants must include all supporting documentation as listed on the paper application.

The Hampton Roads Regional Apprenticeship Hub Employer Incentive provides employers and Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) sponsors in Southeastern Virginia's Hampton Roads region with reimbursement grants of up to $30,000 to help develop and expand Registered Apprenticeship Programs. Administered by the Hampton Roads Workforce Council and funded through a $6 million Apprenticeship Building America Grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration, the incentive is designed to help offset the initial financial risks and resource investments involved in launching or expanding a highly skilled, specialized workforce through a "grow-your-own" and "earn-while-you-learn" apprenticeship strategy. Eligible expenses include the registration of an apprenticeship program, train-the-trainer costs, curriculum development costs, classroom education or online training, and training supplies for apprentices, with specific funding caps per activity detailed in the incentive application. Ineligible uses include training that began before the incentive agreement was executed, using funds to offset current training costs without expanding training capacity through a registered apprenticeship program, wrap-around support (such as transportation, housing, or childcare), general education not tied to specific on-the-job skills, general onboarding or orientation without a defined skill progression, mandatory compliance training without additional skill advancement, continuing education unrelated to job performance, training primarily for networking or professional association participation, construction or purchase of facilities, business relocation expenses, lobbying, and research and development. The incentive is open to employers and sponsors of any size or cohort size operating in the Hampton Roads region of Southeastern Virginia, including the cities of Chesapeake, Franklin, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Poquoson, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Williamsburg, and the counties of Isle of Wight, James City, Southampton, York, and Eastern Shore. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until all funds are exhausted, with the Hampton Roads Workforce Council reviewing applications and notifying applicants of a decision within two weeks. Approved employers receive an incentive agreement and supporting documentation for invoicing, and payment may take up to 45 days after the Council receives the appropriate documentation to process the reimbursement request.

The Allstate Main Street Grants Program awards $20,000 grants to 100 selected small business owners across the United States to invest in tools, growth strategies, and resources that strengthen their business operations. Presented by Allstate in partnership with Hello Alice, the program represents a $2 million annual commitment to supporting local businesses that power American Main Streets. Up to 250 entrepreneurs are first accepted into a 12-week virtual Boost Camp accelerator that focuses on marketing, finance, operations, and growth, providing weekly content, peer connections, and strategic planning tools to help business owners build stronger, more resilient operations. From that cohort, 100 participants are selected to receive the $20,000 grant. Eligible applicants must be the leading executive of a for-profit business registered and located in one of the fifty U.S. states, D.C., or Puerto Rico, be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska), have generated at least $25,000 in revenue in the prior year, have a demonstrated need for funding and business coaching, and be willing to participate in the Boost Camp program. Businesses that participated in a Hello Alice Boost Camp in the prior 12 months are not eligible. Acceptance into the Boost Camp does not guarantee grant funding.

WomensNet founded the Amber Grant in 1998. The grant was set up with one goal in mind: to honor the memory of a very special young woman, Amber Wigdahl, who died at just 19 years old before realizing her business dreams. Today, WomensNet carries on that tradition, proudly giving away at least $30,000 every month in Amber Grant money.
