Dominion Energy Small Business Energy Solutions
Dominion Energy

The Dominion Energy Small Business Energy Solutions program is designed to reduce energy use and costs through enhancements to lighting and HVAC systems. The program pays 90% of the cost, up to $6,000. Applicants must be current Dominion Energy customers.

Academic-Industrial Partnerships for Translation of Technologies for Diagnosis and Treatment
National Institutes of Health

Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), the National Cancer Institute (NCI) intends to stimulate efforts to translate scientific discoveries and engineering developments into methods or tools that address problems in basic research to understand disease, or in applied research to assess risk, detect, prevent, diagnose, treat, and/or manage disease. The rationale is to deliver new capabilities to meet evolving requirements for technologies and methods relevant to the advance of research and delivery of care in pre-clinical, clinical and non-clinical settings, domestic or foreign, for conditions and diseases within the missions of participating institutes.

MT SBIR/STTR Matching Grant
MT Department of Commerce

The purpose of the Montana SBIR/STTR Matching Funds Program is to foster job creation and economic development in the state by providing matching grants to eligible businesses meeting the criteria set forth in these guidelines. The Montana SBIR/STTR Matching Funds Program is designed to award grant funds to Montana companies that have been awarded a Small Business Innovation Research Program or Small Business Technology Transfer Program (Federal SBIR/STTR Program) Phase I award and that, if the opportunity to do so is available, intend to apply for a Federal SBIR/STTR Program Phase II award. The State may provide up to $30,000 to businesses that have received a Phase 1 award, referred to as Stage 1 funds. Additionally, the business may be able to apply for an additional $30,000 towards the completion of Phase 2 project, referred to as Stage 2 funds. Businesses must have received a Stage 1 award in order to apply for a Stage 2 funds.

WV Governor’s Guaranteed Work Force Program
WV Economic Development

The Guaranteed Work Force Program provides funds for West Virginia employers to cover the costs of training, retraining, and upgrading worker skills at all levels of an organization. Both new and tenured employee training is eligible. Awards are limited to $2,000 per trainee, and overall funding is based on average starting wages, location, number of employees, and the number of trainees.

RI Agricultural Energy Program
RI Department of Environmental Management

As part of its continued efforts to grow Rhode Island's green economy, DEM has partnered with the Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources to administer the RI Agricultural Energy Grant Program that provides grant awards of up to $20,000 for eligible energy efficiency and renewable energy projects at RI Farms. This funding helps local farmers "green" their operations and benefit from the related energy and cost savings through energy efficiency projects and by transitioning to renewable power.
