CO Strategic Fund Job Growth Incentive

The International Trade Facility Grant Program gives grants to eligible international trade facilities (ITFs) that increase qualified trade activities at port facilities in Virginia. To qualify, companies must also improve their port cargo volume growth by 5% from the previous year. The grant amount is $3,500 per new job created from the increased trade activities.

The Apprenticeship Funding Program was created for the purpose of providing financial assistance to Connecticut manufacturing companies to support the addition and utilization of Registered Apprenticeships to train and fill critical positions required for stability, continuity, and growth of manufacturing companies. Registered Manufacturing Employers may seek a wage subsidy for their registered apprentices and pre-apprentices. A single Employer Sponsor can apply for reimbursement for up to four (4) apprentices per year and (3) pre-apprentices per year (7 total per year). Reimbursement may be requested as often as every 6-months. An employer who has at least four registered apprentices and three registered pre-apprentices may request a maximum of $26,250 every six months ( 7 x $3,750) or a maximum of $52,500/year (7 x $7,500). The maximum reimbursement that will be made for any one-named apprentice or pre-apprentice is $15,000 over the course of their entire apprenticeship program regardless of the number of years that they remain in an "apprenticeship" status. There is presently no lifetime maximum that any one registered employer may receive from this program, only an annual maximum of $52,500.

In addition to funding, grantees participate in a customized year-long growth-based mentorship program, which includes access to pro bono services from a roster of experts in branding, coaching, skill-based learning, marketing, and more. The TRANSFORM Business Grant is designed to support individuals in systemically marginalized groups who are making social impact and demonstrate financial need. This includes, but is not limited to, BIPOC individuals, individuals who have a disability, formerly incarcerated individuals, and queer, trans, and nonbinary folks.

The WEDC provides grant matching for businesses that have received a Phase I or Phase II federal SBIR grant. Businesses that have received a Phase I award are eligible for a 50% matching grant, up to $75,000. Businesses that have received a Phase II award are eligible for 100% matching per year for up to two years.

The Economic Assistance Grant program promotes economic development in Utah through business grants focused on industry, education, community development, and infrastructure. This grant is for one-time, project-based awards up to $200,000.
