This program offers up to $10,000 in reimbursable financial support to West Virginia farmers, independent grocery stores, and producers who use locally grown products.

The City of Wagoner has announced the availability of three small business grants aimed at stimulating local economic growth and supporting entrepreneurs. These grants are designed to assist both new and existing businesses in enhancing their operations and contributing to the community’s prosperity. -Start-Up Business Grant: Provides financial assistance to new businesses aiming to establish themselves in the area. -Existing Business Grant: Supports established businesses seeking to expand or improve their current operations. -Innovation Grant: Encourages businesses to implement innovative ideas or technologies that can lead to increased efficiency and competitiveness.

The Athens Downtown Development Authority (ADDA) Janey Mae Cooley Memorial Façade Grant Program is intended to stimulate investment in the revitalization and preservation of building exteriors in Athens’ historic downtown area, the heart of the Athens Historic District and a source of pride for our community. Matching funds are made available for eligible improvements to business facades that are easily visible and in public rights-of-way, such as those that face a public street or a parking area. Improvements must preserve the individual character of each building with its unique features, historic appearance and significance, as well as make a contribution and impact to the appeal of the downtown area.

The FY 2026 National Technical Assistance Programs (NTAP) cooperative agreement supports three national organizations to develop and deliver technical assistance (TA) to existing and potential health centers with a focus on: Supporting the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality primary health care; improving chronic disease management, nutrition, and preventive services; improving operational effectiveness, efficiency, and quality; addressing emergent public health needs and priorities; complying with and exceeding Health Center Program and supplemental funding requirements.

The City of Jacksonville is committed to strengthening its local economy and enhancing the community’s appeal for residents and visitors alike. Beautification of commercial properties is a proven took for achieving these goals, as well- maintained and visually appealing business districts can influence consumer behavior, attract tourism and contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere. In support of these efforts, in 2025, the City established the Rediscover Jacksonville Business Beautification Grant Program to assist local businesses with exterior improvement projects that promote economic growth and support tourism throughout Jacksonville. The purpose of this grant program is to provide financial assistance to Jacksonville, AR businesses for projects that enhance the exterior appearance and curb appeal of their establishments. These improvements are intended to strengthen Jacksonville’s commercial corridors, attract shoppers and visitors, and promote business retention and growth by encouraging increased foot traffic and customer engagement.
