ABOUT THE GRANT

SBIR Assistance micro-grants are aimed at technology and research-based Wisconsin businesses, who intend to apply for SBIR/STTR federal funds. The business‘ SAM registration and SBIR submission must have a WI address. The grants cover reimbursement of costs up to $5000.00, incurred by a business in hiring an independent, approved third-party to assist in the development of federal Phase 1 SBIR/STTR research and development proposal.

DC Commercial Property Acquisition Fund
Washington DC

The DC Commercial Property Acquisition Fund (CPAF) provides down payment assistance grants of up to $300,000 (or 25% of the sale price, whichever is less) to DC-based businesses looking to acquire commercial property in the District. Funded by the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) in partnership with the Council of the District of Columbia and administered by City First Enterprises, the program is designed to help businesses maintain and expand their operations by transitioning into owned commercial space rather than continuing to lease. Recipients must agree to own and occupy the property for at least seven years, ensuring long-term investment in the District's commercial corridors. The fund represents a strategic $1.5 million investment to support business stability and physical growth across DC.

Civil Money Penalty Communicative Technology Grant

Purpose: This grant allows Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and associations on behalf of facilities to apply for funding for tablets and tablet-related accessories. The tablets will be used for virtual telehealth and family visits for SNF residents. Description: This grant opportunity allows Skilled Nursing Facilities to apply for funding to purchase tablets and tablet-related accessories. Facilities must attest the tablets will be used for facilitating virtual telehealth or family visits for residents. Facilities must be certified through the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Applicants may generally request up to $3,000.00 per facility, however requests beyond $3,000.00 per facility will be accepted and will require CDPH and CMS review.

Start.Pivot.Grow. Micro Grant
Start.Pivot.Grow

The Start.Pivot.Grow. Micro Grant provides $2,500 in non-dilutive funding to small businesses for essential expenses like rent, inventory, or marketing. Open to U.S.-based, for-profit companies with at least two years of operation, eligible applicants must generate $50,000+ annually and have no more than two employees, including the owner. Winners will also receive a digital business growth planner and a Prep My Loan Planner to support their development. Grants are awarded quarterly, with applications accepted on a rolling basis.

Each month, we award two (2) $1,000 grants to women, age 18 or over, in the US to invest in their Business or Idea. You can use it as a start up grant, marketing grant, operational grant or whatever you need to help you to the next level with your idea or business. One grant will be awarded to a For-Profit business or idea and one to a Non-Profit business or idea.
