About the Grant

The Southeastern Connecticut Enterprise Region has a $25,000 grant program for small businesses in southeastern Connecticut that need help with professional business services and equipment purchases. Eligible businesses must have been in business for at least four years, have an annual revenue between $1.5 million and $5 million, have at least five full-time employees, and be in good standing with the CT Department of Revenue Services.

CO Rural Jump-Start Program

The Rural Jump-Start Program is a collaborative effort by the state, local governments, Institutes of Higher Education (IHE), and economic development organizations (EDO) to incentivize new businesses to start in or move to rural, economically distressed counties in Colorado, which are referred to as Rural Jump-Start zones, and hire new employees. Rural Jump-Start began in 2016 as a tax incentive program for businesses located in a Rural Jump-Start zone, and in 2021 a grant program was created. If you are a business interested in participating in this program, please review all program qualifications, discussed in greater detail under the Business Eligibility section below, before applying.

Delaware Technical Innovation Program
Delaware Division of Small Business

The Delaware Technical Innovation Program provides transition grants to companies that have progressed through Phase I and applied for Phase II of the federal Small Business Innovation Research or Small Business Technology Transfer programs. The maximum grant amount is $50,000 and can be put toward scientific research, market research, product planning and development, and more.
