About the Grant
The Commercial Façade Building Materials Grant Program provides funding to enhance and revitalize the aesthetics of Green Bay’s commercial districts. It aims to address deteriorating property conditions and encourage enhancements by providing a financial incentive for businesses to invest in their property.
The Program is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) provided by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It is managed and administered by the City of Green Bay’s Community & Economic Development Department.

Minnesota's main training grant option, the Partnership program, focuses on providing training for both new and existing employees of participating businesses throughout the state. Minnesota participating businesses must partner with an accredited Minnesota educational institution. Grants of up to $400,000 are awarded to the educational institution to develop and deliver custom training specific to business needs. A cash or in-kind contribution from the participating business must match the grant funds on at least a one-to-one basis. Funds may be used for training-related costs such as curriculum development, instruction, training materials and supplies, training equipment, and instructor travel. Requests for wage subsidies and tuition reimbursement are not eligible. However, wages paid to employees during training may be counted towards the required matching contribution.

Dayton Economic Development Grant

Montgomery County’s Economic Development/Government Equity (ED/GE) Grant Program, is designed to benefit companies that create and retain local jobs by investing in their growth in Montgomery County. The competitive program distributes grant funds twice a year (spring and fall) to finance permanent improvement projects (new building construction, renovation, power upgrades, plumbing, parking, etc.) Projects are evaluated by a committee of public and private representatives that evaluate the number and quality of the jobs created, the capital investment, as well as the impact each project has on the community.
Newport News Façade Improvement Grant

The objective of the Façade Improvement Grant (FIG) program is to restore, sustain, and improve commercial properties located within the City of Newport News. The FIG program provides matching grant funds, up to a maximum of $20,000, to assist with eligible façade improvements on properties citywide that are used for commercial, industrial, office or mixed-use purposes.
