About the Grant
The Inspiring Spring Mountain: Corridor Improvement Grant Program is a signature initiative of the Clark County Redevelopment Agency (RDA) to empower property owners, tenants, and community partners in Las Vegas Chinatown to make visible, lasting improvements to the Spring Mountain Corridor.
The program provides financial support for projects that:
-Strengthen Chinatown’s role as a regional cultural destination
-Improve safety, lighting, and mobility
-Support small businesses and legacy operators. and
-Advance the goals of the Inspiring Spring Mountain Redevelopment Plan by aligning physical improvements with community vision and cultural identity.
Through a competitive application process, eligible applicants can receive up to $75,000 in matching grant funds to implement improvements that enhance facades, lighting, safety, circulation, and placemaking. A total of $750,000 has been allocated to this program.

Dream Makers Founder Grant

Underrepresented communities continue to fuel entrepreneurship nationwide, with historically excluded founders driving innovation and economic growth. Despite this momentum, systemic barriers still prevent many from accessing the funding they need to scale. That is why we are excited to announce the return of the Dream Makers Founder Grant in 2025! This $1 million grant fund, established by Nancy Twine, is dedicated to supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs and elevating the talents and innovations of historically excluded founders. As part of this multi-year commitment, the Pledge will award $125,000 annually, distributing five $25,000 grants each year to outstanding business owners.
Saint Paul Neighborhood STAR Grant

The Neighborhood STAR Program provides grants for physical (capital) improvement projects in Saint Paul neighborhoods. Projects must be neighborhood-based, designed in partnership with community stakeholders, and clearly address problems, needs and opportunities in Saint Paul. Proposals can be for either a project or program that results in capital improvements in Saint Paul. Innovative proposals are encouraged. Eligible applicants include any public, private, nonprofit, or for-profit organization located in or doing business in Saint Paul.

The SF Shines Equipment Grant helps existing businesses purchase equipment essential to their operations. The goal is to support long-term success and help our City's commercial corridors thrive. Eligible businesses can receive up to $10,000 to buy equipment for their small business.
seCTerRise $10,000 Grant
Southeastern Connecticut Enterprise Region
The Southeastern Connecticut Enterprise Region has a $10,000 grant program for small businesses in southeastern Connecticut that need help with professional business services, equipment purchases, and inventory. Eligible businesses must have been in business for at least one year, have an annual revenue between $35,000 and $1.5 million, and be in good standing with the CT Department of Revenue Services.
