ABOUT THE GRANT
The LaunchLNK Grant awards six early-stage scalable startups building their businesses in Lincoln, Nebraska with a $20,000 non-dilutive cash grant, plus more than $15,000 in in-kind services and benefits. Administered by StartupLNK in partnership with Select Lincoln, the program is designed to help promising startups establish and grow their companies in Lincoln by combining meaningful capital with the connections and support needed to move from early-stage to fully operational business.
Beyond the cash grant, recipients receive four additional forms of support: introductions to potential sources of additional capital through StartupLNK's Midwest investor relationships; connections to mentors and to local and regional corporations that may become early customers or partners; access to professional services (legal, accounting, marketing, and other business needs) at little or no cost through corporate and service provider partnerships; and inclusion in the LaunchLNK alumni network, which has supported dozens of Lincoln-area startups since the program launched. Grant funds are distributed as the company meets milestones defined jointly with the LaunchLNK Program Manager.
Applications are open to all industries and types of companies, with a clear goal and vision for business growth required. Applicants are prioritized based on the grant's potential economic impact in Lincoln, meaning reviewers look for companies where the funding could spur revenue and job creation and attract additional capital investment. Standout applications tend to demonstrate a clear use of funds tied to a specific next milestone, and founders actively contributing to the Lincoln business or innovation community receive additional consideration. The selection process includes an initial application review, screening calls, and interviews with a selection committee that ultimately selects the six recipients from a pool of 50 to 100 applications each cycle. Previous applicants who were not selected are welcome to reapply, as long as they have not already been awarded a LaunchLNK grant.

The Allstate Main Street Grants Program awards $20,000 grants to 100 selected small business owners across the United States to invest in tools, growth strategies, and resources that strengthen their business operations. Presented by Allstate in partnership with Hello Alice, the program represents a $2 million annual commitment to supporting local businesses that power American Main Streets. Up to 250 entrepreneurs are first accepted into a 12-week virtual Boost Camp accelerator that focuses on marketing, finance, operations, and growth, providing weekly content, peer connections, and strategic planning tools to help business owners build stronger, more resilient operations. From that cohort, 100 participants are selected to receive the $20,000 grant. Eligible applicants must be the leading executive of a for-profit business registered and located in one of the fifty U.S. states, D.C., or Puerto Rico, be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska), have generated at least $25,000 in revenue in the prior year, have a demonstrated need for funding and business coaching, and be willing to participate in the Boost Camp program. Businesses that participated in a Hello Alice Boost Camp in the prior 12 months are not eligible. Acceptance into the Boost Camp does not guarantee grant funding.

The Wyoming SBIR Match Grant Program is designed to support companies that have received Phase I or Phase II federal funding through the Small Business Innovation (SBIR) or the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. With the intent of helping Wyoming businesses that are working to advance their groundbreaking technologies and looking to commercialize their research. The goal of this program is to catalyze innovation and business growth within the state, ultimately creating a lasting positive impact on the Wyoming economy.
Chicago Workforce Solutions Grant

The City of Chicago provides financial assistance for job training through the Workforce Solutions program. The program subsidizes training for incumbent workers and new hires for qualified Chicago businesses. Reimbursement grants up to $250,000 may fund up to 100% of eligible expenses for businesses seeking to train current employees and/or new hires. Grants do not have to be repaid. Workforce Solutions grants cover qualified trainings, including on-the-job (OJT) training, leadership development, technology skills, workplace safety and more. The primary funding source for the program is derived from qualifying Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts and/or proceeds from the City's Housing and Economic Development (HED) Bond.
Entreprenista Evolve Grant

The Entreprenista Evolve Grant is a quarterly $5,000 grant for U.S.-based, woman-owned or woman-led businesses that have moved past the earliest stages of launch and are ready to invest in their next phase of growth. Administered by Entreprenista, a women-focused founder community co-founded by Stephanie Cartin and Courtney Spritzer, the grant is awarded in partnership with IT Cosmetics, a women-founded makeup and skincare brand. The program is intentionally designed to provide non-dilutive funding (no equity, no loan, no debt) to help founders access resources at a stage of growth where capital constraints often slow momentum. Grant funds are typically applied toward growth-critical investments that founders often delay when cash flow is tight, strengthening the foundation of the business during a pivotal stage of growth, moving forward with plans that are already proven rather than waiting for the right time, and relieving some of the personal financial pressure that founders quietly carry while scaling. The grant is awarded on a quarterly cycle, with new application windows opening throughout the year. To qualify, applicants must operate a U.S.-based business that is woman-owned or woman-led, generating at least $100,000 in annual revenue, and operating for at least one year at the time of application. Previous Entreprenista Evolve Grant recipients are not eligible to reapply.
Salem Riverfront Strategic Project Grant

This program gives grants to businesses in Salem’s Riverfront Downtown area to improve their building safety and security to address homelessness. Companies can get up to $30,000 to use on security fencing/gates, exterior building lighting or security systems, trash/recycling enclosures, landscaping, interior lighting for storefronts, and building entrance improvements/
